Our Services
CLASSIC BUFFET SERVICE
Treat your guests to a generous spread of freshly prepared Caribbean favourites.
Your buffet can include curry goat, oxtail, jerk chicken, fried chicken, escovitch fish, pepper prawns, rice and peas, white rice, mac and cheese, plantain, salad and coleslaw.
We can provide chafing dishes to keep everything hot, along with professional staff to serve your guests and keep the buffet area looking presentable throughout the meal.
BOWL SERVICE
PLATED MEAL SERVICE
Bowl service is perfect for couples who want something relaxed and social while still giving their guests an individual dining experience.
Our team serves freshly prepared bowls directly to your guests, allowing them to eat comfortably while seated or mingling. It works beautifully for wedding receptions, evening food or venues where a formal seated meal is not required.
For a more formal wedding breakfast, choose our plated meal service.
Each course is prepared, plated and served directly to your guests at their tables. We’ll work with you to plan your menu, portions and service timings so the meal fits smoothly into the order of your day.
