The name Savanna’s stems from its roots in Savanna La Mar, Westmoreland, Jamaica. Our special recipes have been passed down from Mr Dudley Brown, who grew up in the town. His legendary recipes have been given a modern twist to some of Jamaica’s favourite dishes and specialities like curry goat, saltfish fritters and jerk chicken.
